Plushy Lash's team works from Monday - Friday. Orders received on Saturday, and Sunday will begin processing the following Monday.
Shipping Policy
- We offer Free Shipping on all orders within the USA when you spend $45 or more!
- It takes 1-3 business days to process your order before shipment. (Except for pre-sale items. pre-sale order shipping dates will be displayed in the item description).
- You will only receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
- Orders ship Monday through Friday with tracking numbers emailed automatically the day of shipment. (You will need to be subscribed to make sure you receive your order confirmation, and updates. Not subscribing may send our emails to your junk or spam folder.)
- Orders placed on the weekend or holiday, will ship the next business day.
- We are not able to ship to P.O. boxes
- We use USPS First Class mail for all shipments, which usually takes 3-4 days after shipments, but there can be delays.
- We are not responsible for shipping delays.
- It is the customer's responsibility to track their package and make sure they receive it on the day it is expected to deliver.
- Concerns or questions about your order after it has shipped should be made to the shipping carrier directly.
- Plushy Lash is not responsible for packages stuck in transit, lost, or stolen packages.
- Although we do not hold responsibility for packages after handed to the carrier, we want to ensure that you receive your package. If you have not received your package in 7 days after marked delivered, please contact us at info@plushylash.com
PRE-ORDER
- PLEASE READ THE PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS TO MAKE SURE TO KNOW WHICH ITEMS OR ON PRE-ORDER.
- ETA ON PRE-ORDERS CAN TAKE UP TO TWO WEEKS TO SHIP OUT. YOUR ORDER WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY PROCESSED ONCE YOUR ITEM IS IN STOCK.
- ALL ORDERS CONTAINING ANY PRE-ORDERS WILL SHIP OUT TOGETHER.
- PLEASE ORDER OTHER ITEMS SEPARATELY IF YOU WISH TO RECEIVE THEM SOONER.
Return Policy
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. No refunds, no exchanges.
- Please be aware, our lashes are handmade, and can vary with density, and length. Every lash won't look exactly the same.

It is imperative that you insert the correct address at the time of checkout in order to make sure you receive your package.
- We are 100% not liable for incorrect addresses inserted during checkout.
- Any change made after is still not guaranteed.
- If the package is returned to us due to incorrect, insufficient address, or missed pickups.
You can either pay reshipment fee of $10.00, or get refunded minus the shipping fee. Please make sure you are subscribed to our email newsletter to ensure you receive our email for the shipping invoice. - If the package is delivered to the wrong address, due to customer inserting the incorrect address during checkout, it is nonrefundable. Please make sure to double check for apartment, and unit numbers. We will not hold any responsibly for missing information.
